We all need help sometimes

The Mix is a digital network that offers essential support for under 25s. While they had equal numbers of boys and girls visiting the online community they were struggling to get guys to open up about their problems. A group of young men spoke up about wanting to change the fact that girls talk and boys don’t. Influencers who have suffered with their own mental health, including the content creator and filmmaker Harry Hitchens, added their perspective, and let guys know that it’s okay to talk.
