I’m a creative leader and problem-solver who believes deeply in the power of creativity to make a difference. Throughout my career, I’ve built award-winning teams while tackling some of the toughest business challenges by creating work that connects with people, shapes culture, and delivers real business impact.
Originally from London, but I have spent much of my career living and working in the US, from New York to the West Coast. I’ve led agencies and creative teams across Europe and North America.
Most recently, I spent six years at MRM, joining in 2019 as Chief Creative Officer for the US West. At MRM, we used creativity and technology to help businesses build meaningful relationships with people. During my time there, I reshaped and nurtured the creative team to better reflect the world around us, bringing diverse skills, perspectives, and voices together to create genuinely inclusive work.
I led a cross-disciplinary team of creative directors, art directors, copywriters, UX designers, creative technologists, and producers through the pandemic, transforming the way we worked overnight across the agency while driving sustained double-digit growth over several years. Together, we raised the creative bar, delivered award-winning work, and drove real business impact for our clients.
For the last couple of years at MRM, I also served as Global Creative Lead for Microsoft, leading global pitches and launches across both B2B and consumer AI products. During this time, I helped teams meaningfully integrate AI into the creative and production process, focusing on practical application, not hype. At the same time, we kept people, craft, and creativity at the heart of everything we did.
Before MRM, I led creative at 360i Europe in London, where I reimagined the creative and content production department and transformed the agency’s output from always-on social and performance-led work into award-winning, social-first brand-building creative. During this period, I was a finalist for The Drum Creative Woman of the Year, named one of MarComm’s Magnificent Women, and recognised as one of Creativepool’s Top 100 Creative Leaders three years in a row.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked on many business challenges and brand experiences. From brand to demand, CX and UX, digital, social, and performance, through to experiential and traditional. I’m passionate about storytelling and building ideas that put people at the heart of every moment throughout the brand journey.
While all the major award shows have recognised my work, what excites me most are ideas that truly land in culture and have the potential to make a difference. I’m actively involved in the creative community, speaking and judging regularly, and I’m committed to helping make the industry more equal and inclusive.
Outside of my day-to-day work, I support and mentor women at different stages of their careers and am the proud co-founder of Promote Her, a community dedicated to celebrating and championing the achievements of women in our industry.
