We needed to get business and IT decision makers who were bravely but cautiously embracing an uncertain future to see Microsoft as the leader in AI and security.

“Challengers welcome” was a unified platform for Microsoft AI across Copilot, Azure, and Security products. We wrote the playbook and built a modular creative system to show how Microsoft breaks through averages by using the breadth and depth of its AI services to meet your specific needs and solve your most complex business problems.​

We told customer stories to show how they’re using Microsoft’s AI and security solutions to innovate, build trust, and create impact. We showed how LEGO House is upgrading “the ultimate LEGO experience,” demonstrated how the NBA transformed basketball fandom, and how BMW handled 300 million daily data requests securely.
